Decoupling and De-Globalization - What Are They?
I think strictly speaking, you kind of have to tease out what exactly is it that you mean. The supply chain challenges that we've experienced through the pandemic are really instructive. We see global supply chains that were designed for efficiency, chasing the lowest cost. Not recognition that concentrations of supply and production create significant risks and vulnerabilities. And I wouldn't call that decoupling. I think that that is really about ensuring that we all have more options.
