The North Korean nuclear weapons program is a great example of what people in international relations that are allergic to Marxism called the security dilemma. It's just looking at, you know, dialectical materialism from different perspectives,. The solution is pretty obvious, especially when you see the results of countries that have gotten rid of nuclear weapons once they already had them.
