Yoga for Back Pain
Yoga has grown exponentially throughout the UK and there are so many yoga teachers. University of York in 2011 had published papers saying yoga works for back pain. So we do have a specific program hours is but if somebody went to a class and they were doing jumping around things or they were sat meditating in cross leg position for hours at a time it could end up with worse back pain.
