The Protocols Are Difficult

The protocols are very, very difficult. It's not like caffine. You just add caffine to anything and it works. This is a food. So with food, there's many different things. It'll be energy that'll be pushed more towards the end,. And your recovery might be better. But you can't get an apples to apples timeer on a clock comparison to three under calories versus 20 calories. Some people just use it for recovery.
