How Many Minutes Could I Focus for Today?

The Pomodoro technique, where you focus for 25 minutes and then take a break for five minutes. Some studies show that we have about 20 minutes of natural focus before we begin to get restless with what we're doing. If you've been putting off clearing out your basement for a month, if you do that for one minute, you could keep going for hours. But it's just that you need to get started on it and do it for a minute.
