Tim Scott's Appeal to Suburban Voters
Tim Scott is a black senator from South Carolina. He talked about America not being racist in a similar way to Nikki Haley when she announced her campaign essentially saying that you know Democrats have gone too extreme on questions of race and culture in America. Maybe part of his appeal is to the suburban voters that Republicans have lost over the past eight years.
