Equinox is the story of a half-Aboriginal man who becomes an offspring of a windigo. He follows it over 14 years, while it kills its way across the US and Canada. The book was inspired by stuff he saw in the late seventies - like ritonjohn ferris' "The fury" It deals with child murder; there's a serial killer in it too.

MJ Preston knows the importance of returning to unfinished work. After sitting with a manuscript for over two decades, he made the decision to revise and release it as The Equinox in 2011.
