Building Champions - A Leader's Journey

i can think of a gentleman by the name of hartmut shick. Hartmut shick works for deimler trucks asia. He's the ceo. And one of my fellow cmenters on my building champions team, tom brewer, and i did a two day retreat with them. Tom and i were the outsiders that spoke into, questioned and challenged. At the end of two days, they said it was the most effective meeting they'd had. So he architected all his communication from that point forward, all their meetings from that pointforward, around the different perspectives. It takes the complicated and it makes it simple.
