Vegan Diet

I don't think there is a terrible risk of not getting enough protein. It's impossible to get too little. For younger begans, for vegans in their twenties and thirties and forties, i think most vegans are going to get enough protein. But it is possible to fall short. And in particular, if a someone is not, is not including legums in their diet, at least two servings, hopefully three servings, of leguns - that's what i really like to recommend.
