The Law of Sublinear Growth
The solution isn't be a better company, but rather don't be a company. Longevity doesn't maximize. I think if you have a mission to make the world more beautiful, or what have you, and you want to accrue capital then perhaps you can structure yourself in such a way that you don't get captured by this sort of stagnation of revenue generation. The answer is usually, yes, I want to survive just for at least two reasons.
