Troy: We were able to demonstrate the importance of competency based education. The other place where we had concerns actually was really the senior residents. So for the first year, the P2Y2 might have been taking lap colonies from more senior residents. They're going to someone else's service to do the operation on that service. And so we really had to encourage those residents, your case numbers are going to be fine. This is going to normalize within the first year."
