Chronic Illness - What Kind of Feelings Did You Go Through Preparing for That?
In December of 2017 I had a lump back to me and it was before I actually got pregnant. The idea of like mortgaging my life on this idea of family that was not fully formed was something that was really hard for me. In New York State at least right now the laws on surrogacy are still pretty tight. You have to go through someone who is a family member. Compassionate surrogacy they call it so you have to go out of state.
