You need to go in full force and do every external motivation thing that you can to make yourself continue it, or else your thoct this is w i think new year's resolutions try to play this role at least. Accumulate all the possible circumstances which will reinforce the right motives. A single slip undoes more than a great many turns will wind again. There's something both totally true, but also depressing about this, is that you can do everything right, you know, for a certain period of time, and then you make one lapse, and that just undoes,. like so much of that progress soto in my life.
