The Impact of Rental Income on Asset Value in an Inflationary Environment
Do you think there's money out there to be doing some of that set sustainability aside just for a moment do you think there is the capital out there especially as valuations go down. Real estate in an inflationary environment should be an attractive asset class because it's inflation hedge by virtue of rental income and I was thinking about how few occupants think they bought the right product. It really comes down to the quality of the income that office assets are going to be able to generate by virtue of the leases that are granted with tenants.
