Robert loved a calf so much that his dad slaughtered it early on the farm. "What type of blow does that cause to a 12 year old psyche? I mean, it's got to do some damage for sure," he says. Robert was also involved in an incident where his mom shoved a 14-year-old boy into a drainage ditch after hitting him with their father's truck."I think it's given him unconditional love back, you know, like a dog would."
