It was about how he had been hired in 19 75 to remote vew and thus penetrate what was happening at certain sights on the moon. He perceived that there were alien bases at some of these sights. Later, he encountered a strange woman here on earth who he thought might be an alien. Then he was taken to the far north where he had a u f o siting. Was ingo making all this up?
