Uncorporate Crypto Governance

The article was in part my response to the argument that software developers and particular core developers should have fiduciary duties. And so this was in part a response to that, but it takes the approach that like, look, and if I disagree with it, I can see how that argument will and could be persuasive to regulators. If architects of blockchain protocols are not careful, they'll suffer a similar fate to the internet, increasing governmental control, greater centralization and decreasing privacy. The paper argues that it could be useful to create governance contracts, essentially, that look like something lawyers and regulators would expect them to look like.
