Do You Need Spiritual Direction Every Month?

Maeke, i think we should have spiritual ducton every month. I find distraction very quickly and very easily. And especially living in a city like los angeles and having a thing like a smart phone in my hand. Am, w distraction is so easy. So i can convince myself i don't need spiritual direction because of all the distractions i'm able to put into my life. Sthis very, very i'm sure you have this. You had this mother, and you will have it a lot more,. where someone walks up to you and says something, and you feel so inadequate to answer that you just have to very quickly pray.
