How to Start a Conversation

I think it depends on the place. In some circumstances, it's more appropriate for me to walk up to people and to start a conversation. But if I'm really out of place or if I could be, I don't know some kind of a threat or something like that, then it's much better if I kind of hang back and let people come to me. So I did a story about the San Francisco Public Library and that was an interesting one because you can't really talk a lot in there.
