The possibility of local error does not imply the possibility of systematic or global error. So you can say all you want that a particular sense of experience might be a dream, but that doesn't mean you can say everything is a dream. You can't just utter the words it is possible. It's not even clear that it's possible. But yeah, pragmatism comes in. I do feel like more is arguing here specifically against local error.
