The Importance of Big Things

In the Book of Proverbs, wisdom is never something you're in. It's always something in front of you and you're walking towards it. The wisest man or woman in history except for Jesus is easily argued to be Solomon. What makes a person wise over time are the little steps they take each day. We may overemphasize the import and the impact of big things that happen to us.
