House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan wants to look into whether the Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is doing a political investigation. John Avlon says it's an example of how this tit for tat logic that has overtaken Washington brings out the worst and all of the actors. If you do with our own investigation and you do not prosecute, you have not failed. But if they don't indict Mr. Trump, I don't believe that we should bring him before grand jury.
