Tactical empathy is the idea of using another person's experience, or seeing it through their eyes, to our advantage. When you are playing the game that you referee, what are some of the things that you have issue with with the officiating? Ino, empathy is great for another person to see it through your eyes, but what it means tactically is we are using another person’s experience, or sees it through theireyes, toOur advantage.
