A patient comes to her doctor with pain at the base of her right thumb. She has a past medical history of hypo pressure and hypor lipodemia. Doctor: I'm not sure which of it sounds like she's not going to have a nerve impingement problem. But somes may be resengng a sort of chronic ish pain of their other thumb ord, wrist.
