The Demand for Soft Skills Is Growing

The need for soft skills seems to be increasing still right it's, I think, you know, on an incline starting a number of years ago but continuing still to increase the amount of money being spent. It just seems to be that the demand is growing the ability to find or create those skills is increasingly challenging. So we're hearing about a pain point that we're hear about a lot of people.
