I think a lot of anti-stigma practices are actually some level creative practices. I need to see the world from other people's points of view. And it's the antidote to me, honestly, to stigma. It can be done, but it takes a serious level of work. We will not solve these problems with conventional thinking,. and we will not solveThese problems with the same people who got us into these problems. But one of the things I've learned is get the fuck off Twitter, get into people's face - you'll start to realize this world isn't so bad.
