The Importance of Permission in a Crisis

When you yourself are working with people do you get a sense of when they're ready? I've never met anyone who had that level of seriousness but there are. And going back to what we were talking about this whole idea of permission. We just not we're just as a society as human beings as people who were devoted to thinking that we want to get better. That sounds insane and and the truth will always sound insane to someone who believes in society.
