Is the Justice System Failing Victims of Domestic Violence?
I don't know many women that haven't had some kind of experience of abuse or harassment and seeing people go through the justice system who are dealing with the most horrendous trauma. It angers me greatly. Our justice system is failing and not enough people want to talk about it. There's an incredible woman Dr Charlotte Proudmon who is known as the feminist barrister. She's far more well versed and clued up than me. So yeah I would thoroughly recommend going and taking a look at her work to anyone that's interested in really understanding the dynamics from a professionals point of view.
