What Makes You a Soldier?

The libre code, or general order is 100, was written by a columbia scholar in 1864. It codified what makes a soldier and what makes the gorilla fighter. You wear a uniform, you have a command structure, and you can deal with prisoners of war. If you can't do all three things, then you're not officially a soldier. Bushwackers cannot do this, right?
