The vision that I have is that all the banking companies should offer a co-pilot to all their customers. That can be a human, that can be a program saying based on this data and the predictive capabilities of the technology we're using,. "We think you need to do this in your bonds" It's almost like you're thinking of Amazon's bigger beachhead, but they've only just cornered books. We're not at the point where wealth management and everything we're seeing AI revolutionized on the customer journey side. They haven't really met yet in mainstream banking, but when they do, that's when the competition will get fierce.
