How Important Is Technique for Injury Risk?

A lot of people wonder how important is technique for injury risk and I think at the very basic level it's got to be important to some extent right. The way we are moving by definition dictates what kind of forces are going to be going across what kind of tissues okay so if you have really good efficient technique those contractile tissue absorb a huge percentage of that force everything's good. If you then transition to really awful technique that is extremely inefficient all the other structures are happy. What is a manageable training load with great technique could become an unmanageable training load with poor technique and movement in my opinion.
