Is Facebook a Platform or a Publisher?
In theory, section two 30 sounds like it's responsive to that. But so much of what's come out in these documents has been not about particular content that facebook is and isn't boosting. And the mix between this algarithmic, like mono hands, no human touch, model, and the actual human beings making the decisions. The radical critique that i have heard from anti facebook conservatives is that having an algorithm prioritizing any feed that is not a reverse chronological news feed is an editorial decision because some content is actively being promoted or depromoted. I thinkthat that's an interesting critique. It doesn't seem very easily implemented as a matter of law.
