The Sabbath is one of the biggest ways that God displays his character to us. Shabbat is the Hebrew word for Sabbath, but it doesn't actually mean rest. So how do we experience rest through stopping through a day of ceasing to continue continuously work? There's a time in Psalm 46 10 where God says I will still be exalted among the nations. We need to just be still and know who we are," he said. "We're excited to talk about what it looks like to lead our families"
