The Infinite Game of Politics

There are ways of thinking about politics as a finite game or an infinite game. Sometimes political actors who seem to lose sight of the infinite nature of the game, right? And that they have a kind of more finite total orientation toward politics. It's almost like you can win the game of politics. That is one of the most troubling and distasteful things we tend to see in politics.
