Climate Change - The United States Plays a Big Roll

The United States has played a big role in climate change talks, writes John Sutter. He says the U.N.'s debates are similar to those at home and that it took 30 years for an international agreement to be reached. The countries which have contributed the least to climate change are feeling the worst impacts already, he adds.
