The Generational Shift in Athletes
I really love the either variety in what you're explaining but then the strategy that you've gone about it. I think that's outstanding so something if I can be a little bit selfish at the moment and ask because this is something that I've gone down a massive rabbit hole with lately. It's to do with the generational shift in the athletes that we're now working with and seeing coming through. For me personally a big part of my mindset and programming now is heavily thinking okay well how would I program and what does that look like? And as a generation are these guys going to buy into it or how can I adapt my programming model or system to actually buy into that?
