The Importance of Quality in Acne Treatments

The evidence that we have for different foods causing acne, it just doesn't seem to really tell much of a consistent story. The things that seem to be most closely linked to acne are high GI fats and some forms of dairy. So the current best advice that most dermatological societies are giving is if you feel like a food might be causing your acne, maybe cut it out for a little bit and see what happens.
