How to Be a Better Sleeper

Anything below six definitely anything below five is when you start to see like poor health outcomes, especially if it's consistent. A good night sleep starts first thing in the morning and so what you should be doing is viewing early morning early morning light at least 30 minutes on Waking. I would cut off like caffeine consumption at midday at least I do that and people think I'm crazy. That's what I do because it can be quite refreshing But other than that like I think sleep hygiene has gotten quite big recently maybe with the Matthew Walker book.
