Do You Outsource or Do You Keep in House?

I like to be really honest with them. Because then I feel like it's a waste of time. You go, you get them in. You do the whatever free exam and they have treatment. Most times not. Well, and sometimes you get those situations and you just talk honestly with the patient. And even though they don't have coverage, they end up coming in anyway because that interaction and honesty and just forthrightness about their insurance plan,. They're a lifetime patient for sure, for sure. Okay. Another philosophical question that I'll let you guys go. What does the priority tree look like in your office?
