Is There a Safeguarding in the Metaverse in Virtual Reality Rooms?

A researcher found it easy for children to visit virtual reality rooms where avatars are simulating sex. One man told her that avatars could, quote, get naked and do unspeakable things. This is a product, he said, that is dangerous by design because of oversight and neglect. We hare seeing products rolled out without any suggestion that safety has been considered.
