Is There a Systemic Risk Coming From Housing?

There's a concern and I've been pretty vocal about this point as well that you could have sort of a systemic risk coming from housing, not necessarily akin to what we saw with the 06 peak and obviously the great venture crash afterwards. One way I would argue if an asset class is broadly going to go through big decline is when it's very much in the popular media. It's really hearing this. Even though it's not 2008, it doesn't mean that the market can't feel slower and look slower than where we are now.
