I Love You Approach to Food

I love you approach to food at you because, obviously, going throug a culinary school, you know, you can't just be a health frek. And unly, the most relieved to be able to appreciate the textures and th flavors and the stuff that isn't as healthy for us, but feeds ous sou in a completely different way. It's about finding, it's about a person finding that balance. You know, i've sort of evolved, my attitude on this is evolved because i i have talked about people, instead of having a cheat day, have a treat day. But bt, it's really not something that we can justifyin terms of nutrition.
