The Virtue of Moderation
CNN's John Sutter talks to the author about his new book, "Radical Moderation" He says moderation is a virtue and better than certain types of partisanship or radicalism. But he argues that we need more radicalism in order to solve social problems like racial inequality. Why? Because piecemeal reform doesn't go all the way as if tradition experienced playing a roller on the country - it can only be solved by tearing down whole edifice.
