The Save the Whales Treaty pretty much directly came out of that. I mean, he didn't see that at all. As a matter of fact, that sort of turns you away from activism at that point. The cover photograph on John's book is a self-portrait that actually took in North Beach at the very place where the roof with the LSD was. He'd stumbled across this idea of being able to see the entire earth at least two or three years before you stumble across it again.
