What Is Exercise Due to Glaucoma?

There's no robust data on exercise and eye disease. We know that the intraocular pressure, so the pressure within the eyeball, tends to go down during dynamic exercise. But intraocular pressure goes up during isometric activity like hand grip for something or if you were bracing right before a squat. The more fit someone is, the lower the actual increase is in intraocular pressure.
