Savings vs Lack of Credit Card Debt

If I'm barely making ends me what is the most important thing to have ask someone and is it savings or lack of credit debt oh oh. Most credit cards will charge interest at like you know 20% 25%. If you're not paying that down and making that a priority it can kind of spiral out of control counterpoint open up another credit card and use that to pay off your credit card here's the thing if you keep running they can never catch you I love that but but yeah do look.
