How to Get Prestige in the Realm, Ok?

i've been reading books around this sort of thing over the last couple of weeks. A big part of happiness comes from, a big part of self respect, and self esteem comes from seeing yourself as protigious in the game that you are playing. In secondary school my whole identity was tied round this ddea that i need to come top of the year. But then, like, when i got into med school,. It was like, all right, i can't compete in this in his arm's race any more. Not this is not an efficient market. And so for me,  the chep channel is my quickest sor of most efficientprestige rits.
