Is There a Feedback Loop in Relationships?

We are designed to feel that our feelings also play a fundamental role in the conditioning process. So if I have an experience that creates positive feelings, that part of my brain is going to consolidate that experience and sort of bank that to remember. If I have a negative experience, say, for whatever reason, no matter what I do, I frequently burn myself on the stove when I'm cooking or the oven. But you know, that's my my feedback loop. And so if I just lived more in the emotional space of that experience, I might be up to be like, I don't cook.
