i would say absolutely reaching out to people. The other thing that you can do is look out for research studies to participate in. There's, there's so many ways to participate in research. If you're also part of an organization, like thinking about doing a climate survey, i could be a really great way to improve your organization's inclusiveness. I know that both ramona and i are immeasurably better ourselves for doing this research,. You know, it's a very broadening and kind of wonderful and affirming kind of activity.
