Is There a Better Leader in 2019 Than Pierre-Pauliève?

I think Aaron O'Toole was done dirty, both by his own party and then by the federal Liberals that painted him as his extremist. And on the other hand, you know, the Conservatives really were not willing to give him a second chance. I do wonder in an alternate timeline, if the Conservatives had a better leader in 2019, yeah, 2019, if they would have won that election. Maybe Andrew Scheer is just the wrong man in the wrong place at the wrong time.
